Helios

Helios integrates a GPS receiver, a cellular network modem (GSM,GPRS, EDGE) and a built in accelerometer. The system monitors different sensors, and provides the customer with a vast variety of real-time tracking activities and information about the car and (if desired) its driver. Some representative examples of the functionalities provided by Helios:

Position tracking: Returns position, velocity, direction, event log and time,
Speed restrictions: Programmable alerts whenever the vehicle goes above/below a pre-defined speed, to detect over hastiness, and unauthorized stops,
Entering/Leaving/ Not entering/Not leaving Perimeter Alerts,
Shock sensors: to detect impacts and accidents and send an immediate report to the center,
Ignition Disarming: Option for disarming from the vehicle's ignition.
